We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a rural or regional setting.

Role:

• Overseeing the entire parts department and parts specialist.

• Supervision and training of standard office procedures

• Inventory Control ( Stock ordering, Returns, and Monitoring stock levels)

• Assisting with customer service

• General part enquires from service technicians

• Receiving and processing purchase orders

• Data Entry

Requirements:

• Prior experience with agricultural and mechanical sector preferred but not essential

• Administrative experience

• Good communication skills

• Ability to problem solve

• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office and MYOB)

• Self motivated and ability to work autonomously within a team environment

• Experienced in stock control

This role is a full time position offering competitive hourly rate plus penalties. With rostered days off in a great team environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Actively selling cutting-edge Precision Ag products – Ag Leader, Dicky John, Raven, WEEDIT, Geronzi

• Delivering top-notch customer service and support

• Keeping accurate records and staying organised

What we’re looking for:

• Strong auto-electrical background (a big plus!)

• Solid computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Good understanding of agriculture (bonus)

• Excellent communication and customer service

• C Class Driver’s License

• Attention to detail in record-keeping
