About the Role

🔹 Sales experience essential – prior experience in ag machinery sales is a must

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Retail Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a rural or regional setting and has a strong background in bookkeeping and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable

• Reconciling bank statements and processing payments

• Preparing payroll

• Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g. MYOB)

• Assisting with financial reporting and budgeting

• Liaising with suppliers, clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role

• Familiarity with Australian tax requirements and payroll systems

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of the agricultural industry is advantageous but not essential

• Valid ‘C’ Class license
